Adams Brothers Communications courses are based on research, experience, and opinions. Material covered by each course is not necessarily clinically or legally appropriate for every person or every setting. Each course participant must review the local, state, and federal laws and professional and facility guidelines for the location and organization under which they practice. Be aware that laws and guidelines regarding medical practice do vary significantly between professions, associations, facilities, regions, and governments.

The instructors for Adams Brothers Communications are not representatives of, nor are they paid endorsers of, any products mentioned in our courses. Adams Brothers Communications cannot and does not guarantee the safety of any product reviewed in the course. Please contact the manufacturer of any product for instructions for proper use or to address safety questions and concerns. Vendors are allowed to present or sell their products at tables at the course (for a fee), but the instructors are not paid to endorse the products.

All instructor assignments are tentative and may be changed. Course attendees will be notified of any change in instructors if a change does occur.

Cancellation

A full refund, less a $25 cancellation fee, can be obtained if you cancel your registration at least eleven (11) days prior to the first day of the course. No refunds are made for any cancellations requested within ten (10) days of the first day of the course.

If Adams Brothers Communications is unable to conduct the course on the originally scheduled date due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disaster, war, strike, medical emergency, etc.), the seminar will be rescheduled. The seminar attendee may obtain a full refund of registration fees if the seminar is canceled or rescheduled by Adams Brothers Communications by making a written request. A full refund is only given if the request for refund is postmarked within 30 days of the originally canceled or rescheduled seminar. Otherwise our normal course cancellation policies apply.

If you have any concerns or complaints regarding the registration process, hotel accommodations, course locations, staff, the continuing education program, or any other issue, please contact us at contactus@icuclass.com or 877.ICU.CLASS (877.428.2527).
