Early registration discounts for courses held at Hotels

Those who have registered online, faxed their registration, or have their registration postmarked three weeks prior to the start of the course can receive a discount on their course registration fee. ($25.00 for "Bells and Whistles(SM)" and $10.00 for "Telemetry") For example, if the course starts on Saturday, the 27th of October, the registration must be received online, received by fax, or postmarked by Saturday, the 6th of October. Early registration discounts only apply to applications accompanied by payment. The discount does not apply to requests to hold a position while payment arrangements are being coordinated.

Group registration discounts for courses held at Hotels

If you register in a group of three or more, you can receive a discount on each registration ($25.00 for "Bells and Whistles(SM)" and $10.00 for "Telemetry"). Each member of your group must attend the same course on the same date at the same location to receive the discount.

Reserving space with a hold

You may call and ask to reserve a position until your employer approves your educational request or for other reasons, but your spot cannot be guaranteed without payment. We will make a reasonable attempt to contact you if your spot is in jeopardy of being lost.

Certificate of course attendance

Each person who completes a course will receive a certificate of course attendance that includes the number of contact hours/CEUs awarded.  It is the attendees responsibility to pick up and securely maintain the certificate of attendance.  There is a $7.50 replacement fee for certificates of attendance.  The fee must be received in advance.

You must register at least seven (7) days prior to the course start date to receive your course certificate of attendance on the actual day of completion. Those who register within seven (7) days of the beginning of the course, or on the first day of the course, will receive their certificate of attendance by mail once their payment has been verified. Those who register on the first day of the course will also be required to complete an additional identification form.

Cancellation

A full refund, less a $25 cancellation fee, can be obtained if you cancel your registration at least eleven (11) days prior to the first day of the course. No refunds are made for any cancellations requested within ten (10) days of the first day of the course.

If Adams Brothers Communications is unable to conduct the course on the originally scheduled date due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disaster, war, strike, medical emergency, etc.), the seminar will be rescheduled. The seminar attendee may obtain a full refund of registration fees if the seminar is canceled or rescheduled by Adams Brothers Communications by making a written request. A full refund is only given if the request for refund is postmarked within 30 days of the originally canceled or rescheduled seminar. Otherwise our normal course cancellation policies apply.
